Rental FAQ

All rental items are available for a free pick-up/drop-off in our NYC showroom - 211 East 43rd Street.

At time of pick-up you will recieve a link to schedule your exact pick-up time.

We also do offer domestic shipping in the US for +$35. This price is inclusive of a pre-paid return label. Your item must be postmarked for the last date of your rental.

By default all rental items will be a period for 5 days. You are more than welcome to return items prior to that. All items to be shipped back to Aayka but be postmarked for the last day. Please either email us at sales@aaykafashion.comor WhatsApp us, and we will work with you.

Beyond the fixed size, under each product description we have indicated exact measurements. If you're local to NYC and would like to try on the pieces please schedule a fitting here at our showroom.

Please note to make this feasible with the staff + wear and tear to our clothes, we do charge a $20 try on fee. Incase none of our options work, we're happy to refund you the fee. The fee paid will be non-refundable if you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment 12 hours prior to the appointment.

We strongly encourage you to sense check measurements in advance, as we do not offer refunds once the product has been picked up.

If you see a product you'd like to rent, but your size is unavailable, with enough notice, we will do our best to accomodate you. Please either email us at or WhatsApp us, and we will work with you.

You are agreeing to pick up your Product on the specified date and time, and return/drop off by the specified date and time. As a precaution we hold a $75 deposit per item and will refund it upon inspection once returned.

If return is late, you may be subject to a late fee of up to $50 per day for each day.

If return is later than two days, you may be subject to the full retail cost of your Product.

You agree to treat the Products with great care. The rental coverage provided by us covers normal wear and tear, but you are responsible for any loss, destruction, or damage to the Products for any reason, including due to theft, loss, mysterious disappearance, fire, major stains, or any other cause.

“Normal wear and tear” means minor stains, rips, missing beads, stuck zippers, or other minor damage that is covered by the rental coverage. If you return a Product that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear then you hereby authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your Payment Method for the full price to repair or replace the Product, as determined in our discretion, up to the Original Retail or Comparable Value price for the Product.

Yes! If you fall in love with your rental, we'd be more than happy to sell it after you've tried it on for a discount off the market price. We'll use your rental purchase as credit for the purchase. Please emailsales@aaykafashion.comor WhatsApp us, and we will work with you to finalize.
