Buy (Ready-to-Wear & Fixed-Sizing Purchases)

Placing an order is easy. Choose your preferred design, select your size, and proceed to checkout. If you'd like to make any minor customizations—like changing the color, neckline, or sleeve length - reach out to us. We accommodate small changes where possible, depending on the design and timeline. We also our proud allies of the queer community, and consider our clothing gender agnostic - it's just about the right fit!

We recommend referring to our detailed Size Chart available on each product page. For all of our products, you’re also able to do custom sizing free of charge. If you're unsure how to measure yourself, you can book a 10-minute virtual measurement appointment with our team.

We do not accept returns, as each piece is made to order. We pride ourselves in employing a small artisanal team that sustainably hand-stitches every piece.
However, we understand fit, quality and style are all concerns. For those local to NYC, we would strongly encourage you to make an appointment to visit our showroom, or you can schedule a virtual appointment. To help you find the right fit, sherwanis and blouses include a two-inch margin for minor alterations, while pants have a half-inch margin. If you need assistance, book a ten-minute virtual measurement appointment before ordering.

If your order isn’t right, don’t worry—we’ve got you. Email us at sales@aaykafashion.com within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with a few clear photos and a short note on what went wrong. We’ll review it and get back to you with a resolution.

All Aayka pieces are made with care, and we recommend caring for them just as gently.
Always dry clean your outfit, and use a steamer instead of an iron to avoid damage. Please note, we can’t take responsibility for issues caused by improper care once the item is received.

Yes! We offer occasional promotions through our email list and Instagram page. Follow us and subscribe to stay updated. Please note, only one promo code can be applied per order.

Rent (Rental Outfits & Accessories)

Renting with Aayka is simple. Select your preferred outfit, choose your rental dates, and complete checkout. Standard rentals are for 5 days, but you can extend your rental for an additional fee of $50 per order for up to 12 days. All items must be returned by the last rental date, with shipping postmarked accordingly.

If you are located in NYC, you can schedule an in-person fitting at our showroom. A $15 try-on fee applies, which is refundable if you do not proceed with a rental. If you’re unsure about your size, we recommend referring to our Size Chart or booking a 10-minute virtual measurement appointment before placing your order.

No, you do not need to clean the rental before returning it. We professionally dry-clean all garments upon return to maintain quality. However, we ask that all items be handled with care to avoid excessive wear or damage.

Since rentals are made to standard sizing, we strongly recommend checking our Size Chart or booking a virtual measurement appointment before renting. If a rental doesn’t fit, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. However, we have backwards designed our products to make them adjustable - think a lot of tie backs, elastic at the wait. We also have put together a guide of safety pin hacks for minor adjustments that will be emailed to you at checkout.

If your return is late, a $50 late fee per day applies. If the return exceeds two days past the due date, you may be charged the full retail cost of the item. If there are any extenuating circumstances, please contact our team immediately.

Normal wear and tear—such as minor stains, loose threads, or stuck zippers—is covered. However, customers are responsible for significant damage, including major stains, missing embellishments, tears, or loss of the item. If an item is returned with excessive damage beyond repair, we reserve the right to charge up to the full retail value of the product.

Yes! If you love your rental, you can apply the rental fee as credit toward purchasing the item at a discounted price. Please reach out to our team at sales@aaykafashion.com to finalize the purchase.

To start a custom order, just fill out our inquiry form with details on what you're looking for - feel free to include inspiration images or reference styles. Our team will get back to you with sketches, pricing, and timelines. Once you're happy with everything, we'll confirm your order and begin production.

Since each piece is made just for you, we’re unable to accommodate cancellations or majorchanges once production starts—so be sure to finalize everything before confirming.

We make sizing simple. Once you're ready to order, we’ll send over a step-by-step measurement guide - along with a short video. So you can measure accurately at home.

Still unsure? Book a 10-minute virtual appointment and we’ll walk you through it. For larger bridal or groomsmen orders, fabric swatches can be requested during the planning phase so you can preview colors before finalizing.

Yes, absolutely. Whether you’re looking to match a wedding palette, adjust a neckline, or create something one-of-a-kind, we’ll guide you through the options. For bridal parties, we also offer test-dyeing for color matching, so your outfits come out just the way you envisioned.

We ship both domestically and internationally. Standard orders are shipped within six weeks unless otherwise stated. If you need your order sooner, please indicate your preferred delivery date at checkout and contact our sales team to confirm availability. For faster processing, expedited shipping is available for an additional $50.
