If you would like to come to our NYC showroom for a try on, you can schedule a fitting here.
We will be happy to help with any questions you have while you are here. You will be assisted by one of our stylists and be able to try on the outfit(s) for sizing and swap if necessary. To cover staffing and wear and tear on our clothing, we charge a $15 try-on fee. If none of our options work for you, we’re happy to refund this fee. However, please note that the fee is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 12 hours in advance.
All rental items are available for free pick-up and drop-off at our NYC showroom located at 969 3rd Ave, Suite 4K.
At the time of pick-up, you will receive a link to schedule your exact return time. We also offer domestic shipping within the U.S. for an additional $35, which includes a pre-paid return label. Please ensure your item is postmarked by the last date of your rental.
By default, all rental items are available for a period of 5 days. You are welcome to return items before that deadline. All items must be postmarked to Aayka by the last rental day. If you would like to extend your rental period, there will be a charge of $50 per extra day, per outfit.

A late fee of up to $50 per day may apply, and if the return exceeds two days, you may be charged the full retail cost of the item.
By agreeing to this rental, you acknowledge that you will pick up your product at the specified date and time and return or drop it off by the designated date and time. To ensure a smooth process, we hold a $75 deposit per item, which will be promptly refunded upon inspection after the item is returned.
We kindly ask that you treat the products with care. Our rental coverage includes protection for normal wear and tear; however, you remain responsible for any loss, destruction, or damage to the products for any reason, including theft, loss, mysterious disappearance, fire, major stains, or other causes.
“Normal wear and tear” refers to minor stains, rips, missing beads, stuck zippers, or other minor damages covered by our rental coverage. If you return a product that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the full cost of repair or replacement, as determined at our discretion, up to the original retail or comparable value of the product.

Absolutely! If you fall in love with your rental, we would be delighted to sell it to you at a discounted price after you’ve tried it on. Your rental fee will be credited toward the purchase.
