How it works?
Fill out our simple custom order form. If you’ve spotted an Aayka outfit you love, let us know! We can customize it just for you.
Once we receive your ideas, we’ll contact you to discuss your vision and budget (typically $150-$250 per outfit). Our designers will then present fabric choices and a sketch that matches your wedding theme and individual styles.
Once the designs are finalized from your end, we'll request a 50% down payment.
Next, you can go through our extensive dye card and choose your favorite colors for your group’s outfits. We always test dye colors prior to finalizing so rest reassured, your outfits are exactly as you envisioned it!
We are happy to ship the color samples to you upon request.

While we are testing out the colors we will request to get our detailed measurement sheet filled out by your bridal party . We’ll share a video guide to make it easy for you.
Our team will review each measurement and reach out for any clarifications. We do leave a 2 margin in all of our blouses.
From there, our timeline for delivery is typically 8-10 weeks. We will send you pictures along the way and request final payment before shipping to you.

We understand that color is crucial for the bridal party, and we're here to help you get it just right. We recommend starting with three dye tests to avoid feeling overwhelmed. We can test as many options as you need, but please allow us sufficient time for each test dye and shipping. Your patience will help us provide the best results.
The more time you allow, the better the process will be. Having ample time lets us source the right fabrics, test different options, and address any issues that may arise. While we require at least 8 weeks, we recommend starting 3-4 months in advance to ensure everything is perfect.
No need to worry! We provide a measurement sheet and a video guide to help. The sheet includes standard sizing details like bra size, jean size, and shirt size, allowing us to spot any discrepancies. Including a photo of each member helps us double-check measurements. Additionally, for a small hourly fee, our sales team can assist with virtual measurements or schedule an in-person appointment at our NYC showroom.
We include a two-inch margin in blouses and menswear for adjustments. Any alterations within this range are the customer's responsibility. For alterations beyond this margin, we’re happy to work with you to achieve a perfect fit. Please remember that timely communication is crucial.

We understand that costs can add up for bridal parties. We strive to offer styles in the $175-$225 range. We do have some options starting at $150-$175, though these may be simpler styles. We prioritize quality and will work with you to stay within your budget while maintaining our standards.
Shipping costs vary based on quantity. Our sales team will provide a flat rate for shipping to one address, or we can arrange individual shipments for a small fee. Alternatively, you can choose a free pickup at our NYC showroom.
