If you would like to come to our NYC showroom for a try on, you can schedule a fitting here.

We will be happy to help with any questions you have while you are here. You will be assisted by one of our stylists and be able to try on the outfit(s) for sizing and swap if necessary. To cover staffing and wear and tear on our clothing, we charge a $15 try-on fee.

All rental items are available for free pick-up and drop-off at our NYC showroom located at 969 3rd Ave, Suite 4K.

At the time of pick-up, you will receive a link to schedule your exact return time. We also offer domestic shipping within the U.S. for an additional $35, which includes a pre-paid return label. Please ensure your item is postmarked by the last date of your rental.

By default, all rental items are available for a period of 5 days. You are welcome to return items before that deadline. All items must be postmarked to Aayka by the last rental day. If you would like to extend your rental period, there will be a charge of $50 per extra day, per outfit.

A late fee of up to $50 per day may apply, and if the return exceeds two days, you may be charged the full retail cost of the item.
