Where does Aayka ship to?

Currently, we offer free domestic shipping in the US for all items listed on our site. Certain custom orders may have a shipping fee associated (i.e large bridal party orders.)

If you're not based in the US and would like to purchase something from Aayka, please contact us at sales@aaykafashion.com or WhatsApp us, and we will do our best to work with you.

When and how will my order be shipped?

We typically ship items within four weeks of the purchase date via two day express shipping. When the item is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number.

We ship our clothing items in high quality re-usable garment bags to ensure product safety and provide our customers with a long-term storage solution. All extra packaging used (i.e tissue paper) is biodegradable. Please dispose of appropriately.

What is your return and exchange policy?

As our clothing is made to measure, all clothing items are final sale. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to sales@aaykafashion.com with images and a detailed description, and someone from our team will get in touch within 48 hours.

Shoes and jewelry can be returned or exchanged (subject to being in new and unused condition) 10 days after receiving the product. The Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Made to Measure & Custom Orders

What does made to measure mean and why does Aayka do it?

At Aayka we believe the future of fashion is made to measure. It is a far more ethical and sustainable approach as we are able to avoid overproduction and minimize our waste. We also want to provide our Customers the option to customize and receive garments that fit them perfectly. A mutually beneficial outcome at its finest.

How do I take measurements ?

Measurements used to scare us too, so we created an easy to follow measurement guide that also includes a video tutorial. If we can do it, you can do it - all you need is a soft measuring tape and a helping hand. We also sense check the measurements provided, and we will contact you prior to production if something seems off.

What if it doesn’t fit me?

No fear when Aayka is here! We always provide two inch margins with double stitching* every half inch, so that you can alter to your liking. If by any chance it is our fault for not following the measurements provided, we will work with you to ensure your final product fits you appropriately.

We do note ultimately Aayka will follow the measurements provided, but we will make best efforts to work with you incase there’s a mishap on your side. Aayka is not responsible for any tailoring costs.

* double stitching every half inch means every half inch there’s an extra stitch which you can easily open up yourself (vs having to go to a tailor.)

Am I able to change the color of any of the clothing items available?

Yes! For the majority of our outfits, color customization is possible. Please email sales@aaykafashion.com or WhatsApp us, and we will work with you.

How do  Custom Orders  work?

Step 1: Submit Form

Please fill out the Custom Order form with as much detail as possible - you are able to upload inspiration pictures below as well.

Step 2: Design

Our designers will work on sketches and pricing for your request, and someone from our team will respond to you within 48 hours.

Step 3: Approval

We will e-mail you with all the details and a timeline. Once you approve, we will send an invoice and upon receipt of payment we start production. See how our custom order process works here.

How do I pick the color I want for a custom order?

Please indicate the color you'd like for your outfit in our Custom Order form, and our design team will send you a picture with a shortlist of colors closest to that from our dye card. Once you select a color our team will send you a video (a better indicator of the color) to then confirm the color.

For bridesmaids, groomsmen, and bridal orders only: Aayka will be happy to test dye your color choice on a piece of fabric prior to creating the outfit(s).

What is the average price range?

At Aayka, it is your world, your style, so we will try our best to work within your budget for custom orders. All prices below are general ranges:

Bridesmaids: generally range between $150 - $225

Groomsmen: generally range between $150 - $225

Bridal Outfits: typically start at $1,500

Women’s Party Wear

Semi-formal: typically between $200 - $300

Lehengas: typically start at $350

Saris: typically start at $250

Custom Blouses: start at $85

Menswear & Kids

Menswear Kurtas: typically start at $200

Menswear Sherwanis: typically start at $350

Kidswear: generally between $100 - $150


Where is Aayka based?

Aayka is based in New York, but all clothes are made in South Asia.

Do you offer any coupons or special deals for your customers?

We do! Make sure to subscribe to our mails list for firsthand access to discounts, updates, sales, and new products. We also share exclusive coupon codes on our Instagram, so follow us there as well.

At this time, you can only use one promo code per purchase.

Does Aayka have a referral program?

Yes, all Aayka customers will receive a special code in their checkout process to share with whomever. When this code is used the person you offer it to will get 10% on their first Aayka purchase, and you also will get 10% off your next Aayka purchase. This code doesn’t expire and can be shared with as many people as you’d like to share it with!


How do I care for my clothes?

Just like you, Aayka’s clothes accept the love they think they deserve, which is…..the absolute most! Please only steam (vs iron) to ensure you don’t burn your items. Aayka is not responsible for damages incurred post receipt of shipment.
